Services Description
We Provide:

Virtual heritage design consultation

Cultural interior design services (Heritage Touch, Fusion, Mastery packages)

Natural stone selection guidance

Furniture design

Investment piece curation

Implementation support and guidance
Service Delivery Method:

Primarily virtual (video consultations, digital deliverables)

Email and phone support
-
Digital design presentations and documentation
Client Responsibilities
You Agree To:

Provide accurate information about your space and preferences

Share necessary photos and measurements
-
Respond to design inquiries within communicated timeframes
-
Make payments according to agreed schedule

Respect intellectual property rights in design work
Payment Terms
Payment Structure:

Service fees as outlined in signed project proposal

Payment schedule: 100% before project start
-
Payment methods: bank transfer, check, Venmo, Paypal

Refund Policy:

Consultation fees: Refundable if cancelled 24 hours in advance

Project fees: No refunds after your complete information is received
Intellectual Property
Design Work Ownership:

Final designs become client property upon full delivery

Process methodology and techniques remain our intellectual property

Client may use designs for intended residential space only

Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement
Client Content:

You retain rights to photos and personal information shared

You grant us license to use project photos for portfolio/marketing (with approval)

Cultural stories and family information remain confidential
Virtual Service Limitations
Technology Requirements:

Reliable internet connection for video consultations

Email access for communication and file sharing
-
Ability to take and share digital photos

Basic measurement capabilities
Service Boundaries:

We provide design guidance, not construction services

Local code compliance is client responsibility
-
On-site supervision not included in virtual packages
-
Implementation coordination available but not guaranteed
Cultural Sensitivity

Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations:

Design recommendations based on information provided

No warranty on third-party products or vendors

Not liable for implementation issues by other contractors

Maximum liability limited to fees paid for services
Dispute Resolution
Conflict Resolution Process:

Direct communication to resolve concerns

Mediation through mutually agreed mediator

Arbitration in Washington State (if necessary)

Termination
Either Party May Terminate:

With written notice for material breach

Client may terminate with 30-day notice (fees apply for work completed)

We may terminate for non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or communication delays beyond agreed upon timelines
Privacy and Confidentiality
Confidentiality Agreement:

Client information protected per our Privacy Policy

Cultural heritage stories treated with special confidentiality

Project details not shared without written consent

Data security measures maintained throughout relationship
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.).
Modifications
Terms Updates:

We may update these terms with notice

Material changes require email notification

Continued service use constitutes acceptance

Client may terminate if disagreeing with new terms

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect.
